In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, Di will help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better. Di's approach is person-centered, evidence-based and holistic.

About Tiqvah

"Tiqvah," the Hebrew word for "hope," carries a warmth that resonates deep within the heart. It embodies a gentle assurance that, even in the face of uncertainty, the promise of brighter days lies ahead. Just as a tender vine reaches for the sun, so too does Tiqvah inspire us to embrace possibilities and envision a future filled with renewal and joy. It reminds us that hope is not just a fleeting feeling but a steadfast companion, inviting us to believe in our resilience and the beauty of what can be. In every moment of doubt, Tiqvah whispers softly, urging us to hold on and keep moving forward, reminding us that the light will return, and with it, the gifts of tomorrow.

We aim to explore the profound essence of "Tiqvah" with you. Together, let's delve into its rich meaning and discover how it can illuminate our lives and the world around us. Come, let’s celebrate the power of hope and ignite that spark within our hearts—together, we can nurture a brighter tomorrow.
